I’m Varun Patra — cultural entrepreneur, founder of Homegrown and Lokal Consortium. I design experiences, IPs and policy-facing projects that turn local creative scenes into sustainable economies.

Over the last decade I’ve led 300+ campaigns, launched multi-city culture IPs and helped brands, artists and governments create meaningful cultural impact. Today my work sits at the intersection of creative economy, urban renewal and artist-led systems building.
